I’ve been a fan of Fain and Laura’s travel vlogs for quite some time. Their honest, entertaining, and informative style always feels like you're traveling with them. At the end of 2023, I had the opportunity to meet them in person when they stopped in San Juan during a cruise. We spent an unforgettable afternoon together exploring Piñones and other local spots — it was an absolute joy to show them around San Juan and Loíza.
Seeing how far they’ve come and how they continue to grow their channel with creative travel content makes me incredibly proud. I’m thrilled to share highlights from their latest adventure aboard MSC’s most significant and boldest ship yet — MSC World America.

Balcony Room Tour
Fain and Laura booked their balcony stateroom back in 2023 and scored a great deal (watch the video for the exact rate). The cabin was modern, quiet, and full of clever design elements like key-slot energy-saving systems and soft lighting.
The king-size bed, generous storage, and that massive mirror (yes, that one!) made it feel upscale and comfy. A definite upgrade from past MSC rooms.

- Promenade Bites Fain-approved Jamaican patties and pork sliders!
- Harbor Bar Wraps Chicken wrap flop, but the tomato mozzarella sandwich hit the spot.

- Cliffhanger Swing: Swings you off the side of the ship — epic and unique.
- Hidden Speakeasy: Accessed through a classic phone booth (if you can crack the code).
- Chocolate Art & Video Walls: Eye-popping décor with a sweet twist — Laura loved the gelato and lychee macarons!
Cruise Life Moments
Life onboard was full of surprises — 3D-printed ducks (thanks, Embarkation Nation!), breathtaking aft views, and a boutique with real ocean views.

Final Thoughts (Day One)
Laura described the ship as “futuristic and unusual,” and Fain felt it was already better than their past two MSC sailings combined. While minor quirks like movie night seating and drink access still exist, MSC appears to be making meaningful improvements.
