The Disney Believe… and Why It Feels Familiar

Earlier today, I wrote about a Disney Cruise Line ad that hit me harder than I expected.

If you read that post, you already know where my head was at.

Not thinking about ships.
Not thinking about itineraries.

Thinking about time.

And how fast it moves when you’re raising kids.

Then Disney Announced the Disney Believe

Right after that, Disney Cruise Line revealed their newest ship: the Disney Believe.

At first, it felt like another exciting announcement.

But the more I read about it… the more it connected back to that same feeling.

If you want the full official details, you can check out Disney’s announcement here:

“Promise and Possibilities”

The theme of the Disney Believe is centered around believing in yourself and chasing your dreams.

Stories from Encanto, Frozen, Moana, The Little Mermaid… all woven into that idea.

And on paper, it sounds exactly like what you would expect from Disney.

But as a parent… it lands differently.

Because You See It Happening in Real Time

You see your kids growing.

You see what excites them.
What they believe in.
What they’re starting to outgrow.

And you realize…

Those phases don’t stick around as long as you think they will.

This Is Why Disney Cruises Hit Different

It’s not just the shows or the characters.

It’s the time together.

The moments you didn’t plan.
The memories that just happen because you were there.

That’s what stays with you.

And Here’s the Honest Part

The Disney Believe is expected to debut in 2027.

And I’m sure it’s going to be incredible.

But your kids?

They won’t be the same age they are today.

My daughter will be turning 17 that year.

And that window… the one where everything still feels magical…

It moves faster than we expect.

So If You’re Thinking About It…

You don’t have to wait for the Disney Believe.

There are ships sailing right now.
Moments waiting right now.
Memories you can start creating right now.

If a Disney cruise has been on your mind, this might be your sign to start planning it.

Because this isn’t just about a new ship.
It’s about the time you have with them today.

Thinking About Taking That Trip Sooner?

If this has been on your mind… there’s actually a really good opportunity right now.

Disney is currently offering 20% off select sailings plus a $250 onboard credit on certain cruises between April and September 2026.

It’s one of those deals that makes it a little easier to say yes… instead of waiting.

The catch? It has to be booked by March 29, 2026, and availability is limited.
